Arrests reported

State police at Lehighton reported on the following arrests made by troopers recently.

Troopers said Robert Remer, 42, of Box 7198, Saylorsburg R.7, Ross Township, Monroe County, was cited for a firearms violation. Troopers said Remer had possession of a firearm which he is prohibited from having because he is a convicted felon. The incident occurred on Dec. 26.Cody Paolini, 18, of Wind Gap, was cited for underage drinking about 8:20 p.m. on Dec. 31 along SR209, in Towamensing Township, Carbon County.Troopers said Daniel Ryan Nonnemacher and Matthew Todd Green, no addresses given, have been charged with criminal mischief for incidents in the area of Mertz, Dotters Corner and Smith roads, in Kunkletown. The two are accused of damaging multiple mailboxes with a golf club while traveling along the roads listed. The incidents occurred between midnight and 12:30 a.m. on Dec. 30, troopers allege.Joseph Michael Moyer, 27, of Beaver Meadows, has been charged with criminal mischief for allegedly causing damage to the 2008 Volkswagen GTI of Kevin W. Weierbach Jr., 43, of 1668 Cherry Hill Rd., in Palmerton. Troopers allege Moyer arrived at the victim's property about 10:50 a.m. on Jan. 1 and kicked the door of the vehicle, causing minor damages.
