Byron Burger, Gilbert and Agnes Bertelsen, Saylorsburg, stopped to admire and chat with artist Joy C. Warner of Marshalls Creek about her medium of gouache, a mix of watercolor with chalk and acrylics, wildlife artwork at the Pocono Mountains Art Group and Western Pocono Community Library's first annual art show. Byron said he liked the photography the best but found a lot of interesting artwork. Agnes enjoyed the show because she knew most of the artists since her late husband, Roy, was also and artist and was part of the group. There were 16 artists who had their work on display. They were: Gary and Nancy Embich, Joy C. Warner, Anibal (Andy) Collazo, Joan Sayer, Linda Kreckel, Beth Rinker, Arlene "Hez" Conklin, Julia Saeger, Steve Sagala, Maria L. Gelsomino, Mary Jane Arner, Darlene Hyde, Beverly Lambert, Will Daskal, Charlene Taylor.
