Lansford woman one of 18 sentenced in Schuylkill Co.

A Lansford woman was one of 18 people who entered guilty pleas in the Schuylkill County Court to criminal charges and were sentenced by President Judge William E. Baldwin as follows:

Tiffany Binder, 29, of 600 E. Patterson St., Lansford, retail theft from Wal-Mart Store, Hometown, was given credit for serving seven days in the Carbon County Prison and was placed on parole for 18 months. She was cited by Patrolman Brian Thompson, Rush Township Police.Amy Jo Chado, 24, Mountain Top, delivery of a controlled substance in Minersville Borough, was placed in the Intermediate Punishment Program and sentenced to serve five years on probation with the first nine months under electronic monitoring and pay a $12 daily fee; complete an intensive outpatient drug and alcohol program, submit to random drug screen and one breathalyzer test per week, complete an aftercare program, approved travel only, complete 80 hours of community service, pay a monthly fee of $50 for each month on probation and make restitution of $113 to Bethlehem Regional Lab and $60 to Minersville Police Department Drug Task Force.Nathan Allan Hoy, 26, Pine Grove, retail theft of tire rims from J. W. Zaprazny Scrap Yard, New Ringgold, was sentenced to pay a fine of $100 and costs. Hoy was cited by Trooper Arthur Wink. A charge of theft by unlawful taking was dismissed.Paul Corblies, 57, Forty Fort, harassment of Holly Cardell and Joseph Zeager was sentenced to pay a fine of $300 and costs. Charges of terroristic threats and simple assault were dismissed. He was cited by Patrolman Brian Thompson, Rush Township Police.Richard Leslie Shadler, 57, Mahanoy City, disorderly conduct and defiant trespass on American Legion Home property in Sheppton, was fined $250 plus costs. A charge of resisting arrest was dismissed. He was cited by Trooper Mark Ruscavage.Leonard J. Kozlosky, III, 27, Shenandoah, restrictions on possession of alcohol beverages in vehicle, sentenced to pay a fine of $100 and costs. Charge of driving under the influence was dismissed. He was cited by Patrolman Robert Senape, Shenandoah Police.Dreama Annette Simmons, 47, Shenandoah, giving a false identification to police, was given credit for time served in the county prison from August 10 to December 21 and was granted immediate parole for 12 months. She was cited by Trooper Mario Pompei.Jeptha Jasan Mills, 26, Hazleton, possession of drug paraphernalia in Coaldale, sentenced to serve 12 months on probation, pay $100 to SAE (Substance Abuse Education) fund, a $50 monthly probation fee and court costs. Mills was cited by Patrolman Robert Minnick, Coaldale Police.Jonathan Thomas Porter, 26, Stroudsburg, possession of drug paraphernalia in Pottsville, was sentenced to serve six months on probation, pay $100 to SAE and $50 monthly probation fee. Porter was cited by Sargent John Morrow, Pottsville Police.Darryl A. Shadle, 23, Pine Grove, fleeing or eluding Pine Grove Police, was sentenced to serve one month to 23 months in the Schuylkill County Prison. He received a concurrent sentence on a recklessly endangering charge and concurrent 23 months probation on a charge of resisting arrest. On four summary charges, driving on left side of road, stop sign violation, duty to yield to emergency vehicle and failing to drive at safe speed was fined $100 plus $254 costs. He was cited by Sargent Jeffrey Futchko, Pine Grove Police.Robert Adam Davis, 28, Pottsville, possession of an instrument of crime, given credit for serving 15 days in the county prison and was released on parole for 23 months, pay $50 to CJEA (Criminal Justice Enhancement Account) and $50 monthly probation fee. The instruments of crime were a wearing a ballistic vest and possession of handcuffs and on a charge of impersonating a public servant, a member of the drug task force, was given a concurrent 12 months probation sentence. He was cited by Corporal Dennis Wiederhold, Pottsville Police.Aimee Marie Schaffer, 36, Orwigsburg, harassment by making 36 phone calls in one day, was sentenced to serve 12 months on probation, pay a $50 monthly probation fee and make restitution of $27 to the victim, Agnes Masler, Orwigsburg. She was cited by Patrolman Scott Davis, Orwigsburg Police.Julio Anthony Moro, 20, Hazleton, criminal attempt to commit theft at Krick's Garage in Girardville, was sentenced to serve 12 months on probation, pay $50 to CJEA, a $50 monthly probation fee and a $50 fee to district attorney for bench warrant. On charges of criminal conspiracy and possession of an instrument of crime, was given concurrent 12 months probation sentences and on a charge of criminal mischief was fined $25 and costs. Moro was cited by Trooper Brent Spleen.Linda R. Dudeck, 36, 62 North Kennedy Drive, McAdoo, passing a bad check, was sentenced to serve 12 months on probation, pay $50 to CJEA, a $50 monthly probation fee and make restitution of $262 to Skotek Oil Company, Kline Township.Justin Washick, 23, Pottsville, defiant trespass on property of Buy Me Again Store, was placed on probation six months, pay $50 to district attorney for bench warrant and $50 monthly probation fee. He was cited by Patrolman Brian Reno, Pottsville Police.Angela Marie Barry, 38, Schuylkill Haven, retail theft from Giant Supermarket, Cressona, was sentenced to serve 15 days to 12 months in the county prison with the sentence to begin January 15 at 9 a.m., pay a $50 monthly probation fee and make restitution of $34.41 to the food store.Kyle Lloyd Frantz, 20, Pottsville, retail theft from Walmart Store, Saint Clair, was sentenced to serve 24 months on probation, pay $50 to CJEA, a $50 monthly probation fee and make restitution of $16.67 to the store. He was cited by Saint Clair Police.Craig Lou Henry, 62, Auburn, retail theft from Redner's Market, North Manheim Township, was placed on probation 12 months, pay $50 to CJEA and a $50 monthly probation fee. Henry was cited by Trooper Todd W. Heintz.
