Ralph H. Bankes, 38, of Bloomsburg, sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 6 a.m. Dec. 23 on State Route 339 in North Union Township, Schuylkill County, according to state police at the Frackville barracks.

Police said he was driving a 2003 Ford F150 northbound when it traveled off the left shoulder of the roadway, went over a guide rail and rolled partially down an embankment.Police said Bankes was treated at the Berwick Hospital.The vehicle was towed from the scene.Police said the driver will be cited as a result of the crash.
