The following actions have been filed as mortgage foreclosures for alleged defaults on loans:Capital One, N.A., Chester, N.J., filed against Lawrence H. Gersten and Diane Minkow, both of Chester, N.J., over a property at 116 S. Lake Drive, Lake Harmony. Sought is $267,229.70 and continuing interest.The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, successor by merger to First Keystone Federal Savings Bank, Bryn Mawr, filed against Mary C. Kelley, Bensalem, Pa., over a property at 721 Wilde Glen, Albrightsville. Sought is $35,631.69 and continuing interest.Writs of summonsSarah Archbold, 448 Conestoga Road, Berwyn, Pa., has filed two writs of summons, initiating civil actions against separate defendants.In one case, the plaintiff is suing the Mauch Chunk Trust Company, 1111 North St., Jim Thorpe, John Does 1-10 and XYZ Corporations. The other suit names the Exxon Mobile Corporation, Irving, Tex., and XYZ Corporations as defendants.Jury trials are demanded in both instances.Complaint in ejectmentGMAC Mortgage, LLC, Fort Washington, Pa., has filed a complaint in ejectment against Anthony L. Daddona, 77 Blackberry Lane, Jim Thorpe.The plaintiff contends it became the owner of property at 77 Blackberry Lane as a result of a foreclosure and judicial sale conducted by the sheriff of Carbon County on Aug. 13, 2010. The complaint says the defendant has refused to deliver up possession of the property.Judgments enteredThe Lake Harmony Estates Property Owners Association has filed a default judgment transcript in the amount of $864.48 against Duane Craig, P.O. Box 603, Lake Harmony. The judgment was ordered by District Justice Joseph Homanko concerning an annual service fee and lake front special assessment fee owed by the property owner, plus interest and fees.Capitol One Bank, Salt Lake City, Utah, has filed a default judgment transcript in the amount of $1,485.83 against John Washor, 21 Cornell Ave., Palmerton. The judgment was ordered by District Justice Bruce Appleton.Municipal lienThe Borough of Parryville has filed a municipal lien against Steven W. and Rebecca A. Fritzinger, 115 S. Fireline Road, P.O. Box 6, Parryville, for being in default of the 2009-2020 sanitation services fee owed by the property owners. The lien is in the amount of $479.50.Divorces startedBrian A. Voorhees, 132 S. Fifth St., Apt. D-12, Lehighton, filed against Stacy A. Voorhees, 437 Cypress St., Lehighton. They were married Aug. 26, 2006.Tara Sistrunk, 333 Iron St., Lehighton, filed against Tyrone D. Sistrunk, same address. They were married Sept. 8, 2001.Credit defaultsThe following actions have been filed by credit card companies, or their collection agencies, for alleged defaults on credit card/loan accounts:Advantage Assets II, Inc., Houston, Tex., filed against Eric Strohl, 655 Franklin Ave., Palmerton, seeking $1,067.43.Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc., Dickson City, Pa., filed against Amanda M. Kresge, 2512 Hahn's Dairy Road, Palmerton, seeking $3,104.14 plus costs, interest and attorney's fees.
