An aggravated assault incident at the Camp Adams Youth Services facility, Penn Forest Township, is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

Police said a 17-year-old male struck a staff member twice with a closed fist, causing injury to the victim's facial area.The incident was reported at 9:01 p.m. Dec. 17.
