Food driveThe Panther Valley Breaker Boys football team will hold a food drive on Saturday, Dec. 18, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the First Baptist Church, 15 W. Ridge St., Lansford.They are asking the community to donate canned goods and nonperishable food items during the aforementioned times. The items will be delivered to Lansford's Food Pantry. The pantry will then distribute the food to families in need during the Christmas holiday.Christmas programFirst Baptist Church, 15 W. Ridge St., Lansford, will host its Children's Christmas program at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 19.The Christmas Eve Candlelight Service will be held at 7 p.m. on Dec. 24.
