A Tamaqua woman was cited Saturday morning for causing a disturbance at an all night eatery.

Christine C. Ritter, 24, of 305 Race St., entered the Tamaqua Diner, Center Street, at 3:30 a.m., then caused a commotion when employees insisted she leave. Ritter had earlier been banned from the restaurant for life. She fled the scene when informed that police were on their way.She was cited for criminal trespass and harassment.
