A Monroe County man has been cited for disorderly conduct.

Pocono Mountain Regional police were dispatched to Joe's Kwick Mart, located along SR940, in Pocono Summit, about 12:47 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 3. Upon arrival officers found Dana K. Boudreau, 41, of Pocono Lake, who appeared to be under the influence of prescribed medication.She was placed under arrest and charged, then later released to a friend.
