Carbon County Environmental Education Center is presenting "Weather Watchers" at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11. How well can animals predict the weather? How well can we predict the weather? Come to this fun and informative program and dispel some of the myths surrounding weather patterns. Children will make several crafts and a snack will be provided.

The center is located at the west end of Mauch Chunk Lake Park, just outside of Jim Thorpe, along Lentz Trail. Call for more information or to register for this program. The program is free to EEC members. There is a fee to non members.
