Summit Hill police are investigating an incident that occurred on the 300 block of North Pine Street on Nov. 28.

According to borough police, officers received a report from a resident from the aforementioned area, stating that they saw a male wearing a black hoodie near his vehicle. When he approached the man to ask what he was doing near his vehicle, the individual ran off.The resident stated that both tires on the driver's side of his car had been flattened and there was writing on the windows.Police are asking anyone with information to call (570) 645-7429.
