Mr. and Mrs. Marlin Schuetrumpf of Tamaqua celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary recently.

They were married on Nov. 24, 1960 in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Summit Hill, by the late Rev. Msgr. J. Francis Haley.Mrs. Schuetrumpf is the former Antionette "Dolly" Cusanelli, daughter of the late Anthony and Mary Cusanelli of Summit Hill.Mr. Schuetrumpf is the son of the late Elmer and Agnes Schuetrumpf. He is retired from Sonaco of Reading.The couple has one son, David of Tamaqua, and two grandchildren, Amber and Cory Schuetrumpf.
