Three persons were charged with criminal mischief on Nov. 20 at 5 p.m. by state police at the Lehighton barracks after an incident along Vista Drive in Ross Township.

Police said Robert Heller, Todd McCormick and Robert Hopple, all from the Saylorsburg area, were cited for damage they caused to a "speedbump" or for damage to a vehicle that was causing damage to the "speedbump" along Vista Drive.
