State police at Frackville said a Schuylkill County man is facing charges following a domestic incident that occurred about 5:20 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 14, at 24 S. Wylam St., Frackville, in West Mahanoy Township.

Troopers said at the residence Daniel P. Wilhelm, 25, and Rachel L. Kadziela, 24, were involved in a verbal argument. The argument turned physical when Wilhelm allegedly grabbed Kadziela by the neck and pushed her against a window.Wilhelm fled the scene prior to the arrival of troopers. Troopers said a charge of harassment will be filed against Wilhelm.
