A Monroe County man has been charged with violating the state's wire tap act.

Pocono Mountain Regional police executed a search warrant on Wednesday, Nov. 10, about 5 p.m. at the residence of Joseph O'Lall, at 7030 White Tail Lane, Emerald Lakes development, Blakeslee, Tunkhannock Township.O'Lall was arrested for multiple violations of the wire tap act, police said. He was arraigned before duty District Judge Anthony D. Fluegel, of Tobyhanna, and released on $5,000 ROR bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 18 before DJ Richard S. Claypool, of Pocono Pines.
