Blue Mountain Health System will offer a free walk-in flu vaccine clinic at HealthWorks in the Carbon Plaza Mall on Wednesday, Nov. 17, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Vaccines are free to adults and children age four-years of age and older. A parent or legal guardian must be present with the child to receive the vaccine. No appointment is necessary. First come, first served.
