A Wilkes-Barre woman faces drug charges after her vehicle was stopped in Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County, by Pocono Mountain Regional police on Nov. 6.

Cassandra Pardini, 21, was charged after police stopped her vehicle for an equipment violation on SR423 at the baseball field. Police could smell burnt marijuana inside the vehicle. K-9 Niko searched the vehicle and found the drug, a large stash of pills and drug paraphernalia.Pardini was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana.
