The Panther Valley Public Library, 117 E. Bertsch St., Lansford, will hold a free story time for children ages 3-5 on Tuesday mornings from 10 to 11 a.m..On Nov 16, the theme will be "I Love My Pets," on Nov. 23, the theme will be "I Love Thanksgiving;" and on Nov. 30, the theme will be "I Love My Family."Each story time will involve a few books, some finger plays, a coloring page or simple craft and a snack.The library will have a party the last day of story time.For more information, call (570) 645-3780.Confirmation plansAllentown Diocese Bishop John Barres has set the date for his Confirmation visit to the Panther Valley area. They can be dropped off at the church.Choir to singThe Contemporary Choir of St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, Lansford, will be singing and playing at the 10:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, Nov. 14.
