Theft incidents in Schuylkill

State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a theft of a vehicle and the theft of hunting decoys, in separate incidents in Schuylkill County.

Troopers said a 1992 Chevrolet Lumina was stolen from a lot at Rod's Auto Repair, 236 Sweet Arrow Lake Rd., in Pine Grove Township, sometime between 2 and 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6. The car was left at the lot with the doors unlocked and the keys in the ignition. The car is owned by Jeffery Webber, 40, of Auburn. It has state registration plate number EDC2653.Leonard Paul Krankowski, 56, of Palmyra, Lebanon County, reported someone removed one Primos model gobbler decoy and one Primos hen decoy from private property off 596 Taylorsville Rd., in Eldred Township. The theft occurred sometime between Sept. 6 and Nov. 2. The decoys are valued at $140.Anyone with information concerning either incident is asked to call troopers at (570)-593-2000.
