Divorces granted

Michele Renninger, Pottsville, was granted a divorce from Mark A. Renninger, Cressona. They were married Aug. 16, 1980.Revoke second paroleBrenda L. Kufro, 41, Shenandoah, who received two parole chances, had her second one revoked by Judge John E. Domalakes and her 196 days of liberty taken away and added to her maximum sentence. She was recommitted to the county prison to serve the balance of her sentence which expires March 24, 2012. Kufro pleaded guilty to delivery of a controlled substance. After serving six months in prison she was released on parole which was revoked in November 2009 but she was re-paroled which she now violated.Revoke probationMary Veronica Leonard, 46, Pottsville, had her probation revoked by Judge Domalakes and she was re-sentenced to serve four to 23 months in the county prison. She received credit for serving 32 days in prison. Leonard had pleaded guilty to retail theft and was placed on probation 18 months last June.Bail hearingsHeath Michael Livergood, 21, Frackville, had his bail revoked by Judge Charles M. Miller and he was remanded to the county prison until he posts bail. Bail was set on a charge of criminal contempt and other counts at $20,000 percentage and on corruption of minors set at $5,000 percentage. He must reside at his Frackville residence, not possess or consume alcoholic beverages or drugs, not travel outside the state without permission from the district attorney, seek gainful employment and have no contact with the victim or the victim's family.James John Ney, 48, Pottsville, had his bail reduced by Judge Miller to $5,000 unsecured and he must reside at the Pottsville address, possess no alcoholic beverages or drugs, not travel outside the state without permission and submit to random tests for drugs. He faces charges of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.Register of WillsMichael M. McCord, Register of Wills and Clerk of the Orphans' Court, issued his report of activities for the month of October.There were 82 estates processed, 64 marriage licenses issued, and two adoptions completed.There was $531,848.16 remitted to the state for inheritance taxes collected and $25,946.25 to the county for fees collected.
