A teen has been charged in connection with a domestic incident in Monroe County.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said officers were dispatched to 7573 Eagle Rock, in Tobyhanna, about 4:29 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 29, for a report of a physical domestic dispute between a mother and daughter. Upon arrival officers were told by Jacqueline Cabrera, 35, that her 14-year-old daughter attacked her when she told her she could not go to a friend's house. The daughter also broke a front window at the home and left. Cabrera sustained injuries in the incident.The daughter was later located and taken into custody. She was charged with simple assault and later released to the custody of the Monroe County Office of Children and Youth.
