They were married Nov. 6, 1993.Christine Malanowicz, 22 Clay St., New Philadelphia, is suing Matthew Malanowicz, 813 Adams Court, Throop, Lackawanna County, for divorce. They were married Oct. 23, 1993.SentencedLuke J. Pennypacker, 31, Gordon, was sentenced by Judge Jacqueline Russell on a simple assault charge to serve 24 months on probation. She also ordered that he pay costs of prosecution, pay $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account, make restitution of $5,023.21 to Saint Catherine Medical Center and $751.64 to Washington Fire Company Community Ambulance, provide 50 hours of community service and shall have no contact with the victim, John Houston, Gordon. On a charge of disorderly conduct was fined $300 and costs. He was cited by Chief Edward Tarantelli, Butler Township police.Revoke paroleElijah Michael Behm, 31, Pottsville, had his parole revoked by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin and was re-committed to the county prison and his 206 days of freedom taken away and added to his sentence with his new maximum date before release being Aug. 28, 2011.Revoke probationRichard J. Ludwig, 37, Ringtown, had his probation revoked by Judge John E. Domalakes and he was re-sentenced on a charge of recklessly endangering another person to serve eight 1/2 to 23 months in the county prison and when released on probation to attend the Batterer's Program and have no contact with the victim, Rhonda Ludwig.Removed from programJeanette Marie Kilcullen, 36, Pottsville, as removed from the Intermediate Punishment Program (IPP) probation program and was re-sentenced by Judge Domalakes to six months in the IPP under house arrest. She had pleaded guiilty to driving under the influence (DUI) and in lieu of prison was placed in the special program.
