On Sunday at 1:40 a.m., Rush Township Police responded to an accident on SR309 on the Hometown Hill near Keich's. On the scene, police found a disabled vehicle facing north in the southbound lane.

Matthew Martin, 23, of Hometown is facing drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension from the accident. Martin was located minutes later at his residence, police said.
