October 29, 1976 Donn Nicholas throws three touchdown passes and runs for another to help Pleasant Valley gain a 33-0 win over Palmerton. Nicholas tosses 10 and five-yard scoring strikes to Don Miller and also connects with Mike Gould for a 25-yard TD. The PV quarterback finishes with 127 yards passing and 49 yards rushing. He also intercepts a pass on defense. The Bears, coached by Tony Caracio, also receive a three-yard touchdown run from Dale Heller.
