The long, slow journey home

Schuylkill Products of Cressona continues to deliver super loads of steel re-enforced concrete beams to a construction site along the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. On Wednesday, two 154-foot-long beams traveled along Route 895 to Route 248. There they continued to Lehighton, crossing the McCall bridge, and proceeding south on Route 209 along the Lehighton bypass. They were then backed into the road leading past the Lehigh Sewage Treatment Plant to the job site 2.5 miles south.
