State police at Lehighton are investigating a burglary that occurred at a Carbon County residence.

Troopers said the home of Patricia Woods, 51, of Pine Run Rd., Lehighton, Towamensing Township, was entered sometime between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 18, and removed was prescription pills and a safe containing jewelry.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 610-377-4270, or crime stoppers at 1-800-4PATIPS.
