Both parties in a domestic incident in Schuylkill County were cited.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said troopers responded to 30 Hilltop Mobile Home Park, North Manheim Township, about 7 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 24, for a reported domestic assault.Upon arrival troopers were met by Lisa Gilbert, 38, who said Keith Staller, 41, had pushed her onto a couch during an argument and punched her in the head and face area numerous times causing a laceration with swelling and bruising on her right eye. Gilbert said the incident occurred about 6 p.m. but she did not report it until her mother arrived to pick her up.Staller told troopers that the two were arguing over their children. He said Gilbert left the residence for a moment, then came back inside and attacked him, punching and slapping him numerous times causing several scratches about his head and neck area.Troopers said both were taken into custody and charged with simple assault.
