Two persons were cited following an incident Sunday, Oct. 18, in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said troopers responded to 117 Brandonville Rd., in Mahanoy Township, about 10:10 p.m. for a report a vehicle being driven on property in the area without permission. Upon arrival troopers located the vehicle and it was determined the driver was four-wheeling in the area and got lost and came onto the property.The driver was identified as Vince Layton, of Ringtown. He was operating the vehicle with a suspended registration due to insurance cancellation. He was cited for operating a vehicle without proper financial responsibility.Layton's passenger, Andrew Joseph Machinsky IV, also of Ringtown, was found to be under the influence of alcohol.Machinsky was cited for underage drinking, troopers said.
