Pocono arrests

Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on two arrests made by officers on Wednesday, Oct. 13.

About 8:40 p.m. officers received a call of an intoxicated male on private property at Ski Trail, in Arrowhead Lakes development in Pocono Lake.Officers found Gyula Szentadorjany, 60, of Pocono Lake, outside the front door of his home moving items around and crawling around the front yard. Szentadorjany was found to be very intoxicated. He was asked if he had any weapons but said he did not. Police then began to search him and found a handgun concealed in his vest.Szentadorjany was taken into custody and charged with a person not to possess a firearm, public drunkenness, and simple trespassing. He was placed in the county prison pending arraignment.About 8:10 p.m. officers were called to the intersection of Oak and Maple sts., in Mt. Pocono, for an intoxicated male arguing with others in the area. On scene officers found Chad Ray, 28, of Athol, Mass. While speaking with Ray he became confrontational and refused several orders of police.Ray was taken into custody and charged with public drunkenness and placed in the county prison pending arraignment.
