An estimated 700 to 800 members of Dan Reed's Rail Ramble, a Reading Railroad Company passenger excursion, will enjoyed the scenery from Flagstaff Park in Jim Thorpe. The annual Autumn Leaf Festival excursion had many camera enthusiasts who arrived at the Lehigh Valley Railroad Station in Lehighton and then went to Flagstaff by bus. After their visit to Flagstaff, they reboarded the train at Lehighton and went to the Hazleton area for more scenic appraisals.
