Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on an incident being investigated that occurred on Tuesday, Oct. 5, in Tobyhanna Township.

Police said about 4:46 p.m. officers were dispatched to 2702 Sussex Road for a report of individuals trespassing in a residence. Officers arrived on scene and set up a perimeter around the house.Four suspects were subsequently taken into custody. The four were identified as Ryan Harper, 20, Kaitlyn Odwazny, 19, both of 2611 Dorset Rd., Tobyhanna, and a male and a female juvneiles, both from Tobyhanna.Police said the four wre taken to police headquarters and interviewed and processesd. The suspects were released and charges are pending for criminal trespass and related offenses, police added.
