State police at Lehighton reported on citations issued by troopers recently.

Troopers said May J. Hicks, 33, of Nesquehoning, was cited for disorderly conduct on Monday, Oct. 4, about 11 a.m. along White St., in Weissport. Troopers said she was causing a disturbance at that location.William James Evans, 36, of Kunkletown, was cited for harassment on Sept. 29 about 6:30 a.m. along Casey Court, in Eldred Township, Monroe County. Troopers said Evans had a physlical altercation with another person during which he shaked the victim and held the victim down. Troopers declined to name the victim.Troopers said a resident at Dueblers Trailer Park, in Gilbert, Polk Township, Monroe County, was cited for harassment. Troopers said Sheila Hahn, 46, was cited for allegedly harassing and annoying Bonnie Devore, 53, of the trailer park. The incident occurred at Lot 30 Tier Two fo the park on Oct. 2 about 10 a.m.Troopers noted that Hahn had prevously been cited for harassment against Devore and continued to engage in a course of criminal conduct that harassed the victim.
