Stephen R. Munoz, 46, of Hometown, is facing aggravated and simple assault, resisting arrest and harassment charges after Rush Township police were called to Munoz's residence for a disturbance at 37 Meadow Ave.

Munoz was arraigned before District Judge Stephen J. Bayer, Tamaqua and released on $25,000 bail.Township police are investigating a break in with two campers located near Hope's Towing in Hometown. A 25-inch Samsung television and other items were stolen.
