State police at Lehighton are investigating a reported assault incident.

Troopers said Dana Lee Moore, 29, of Kunkletown, reported she was struck with an unknown object above her left eye by several unknown persons. The incident reportedly occurred about 9 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 16, at 20 Valley Road East, in Polk Township, Monroe County.
