A Coaldale man has been cited by Tamaqua police for spinning the tires on his vehicle on Tuesday.

Officer Anthony Stanell was on patrol at 6:18 p.m. in the area of Mermon Motors, SR309 south, when he observed the incident in progress.The actor was identified as Lucas Valentin Mastropasqua, 107 W. Whillips St. He was cited for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle.
