Carbon County Fair will hold a monthly board at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 15, at Franklin Elementary School, Fairyland Road, Franklin Township. In addition, the fair board will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the same location on Friday, Nov. 19. 2010. At the fair board's September meeting, it was announced that Martin J. Unger III of New Ringgold was the recipient of a check in the amount of $50. Martin was the winner of the exit survey drawing held during the 2010 fair.
