Linda Flamini of the Tamaqua Raider Band Boosters places some of the 1,348 chrysanthemum plants that were pre-sold during the boosters' annual mums sale. The plants, which came from Blue Mountain Farms, New Ringgold, arrived on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 22 at the Fegley Oil Company garage on West Penn Pike (Route 309), south of Tamaqua.
