Traffic stop leads to drug arrests

A traffic stop by members of the Pocono Mountain Regional police led to the arrest of two persons on drug charges.

Officers stopped a vehicle about 1:51 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 21, along SR940 in Pocono Summit for a motor vehicle code violation.The driver was identified as Keith Kaiser, 21, of Pocono Lake, and his passenger as Deanne Fultz, 26, of Long Pond. During the stop officers observed marijuana in the vehicle.A search of the vehicle was conducted and marijuana, along with various drug paraphernalia, was found.Both Kaiser and Fultz were taken into custody and transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released. Charges pending against the two include possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
