A Monroe County man has been charged with stalking his ex-wife.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said Carl Cramer, 30, of Albrightsville, was arrested on Saturday, Sept. 18, after police spotted him parked in a car along Industrial Park Drive, in Mt. Pocono, across from where his ex-wife works. Police said as they approached the car he drove off but was stopped a short distance later.Police were looking for him after he allegedly told the woman that he was planning to kill her.Police said Cramer had a pistol and knives in the car. His ex-wife also told police that Cramer also went to her workplace on Friday at 7 p.m. intending to kill her and her new boyfriend.Cramer has been charged with stalking, making terroristic threats and possession of instruments of crime. He was arraigned before a district judge and committed to the county prison in Snydersville.
