Schuylkill Township and Tamaqua emergency personnel were responding to a two vehicle accident at press time this morning on Route 209, near the intersection with Catawissa Road in Tuscarora.

Initial reports indicate a passenger vehicle and a dump truck were involved. The Tamaqua Rescue Squad was also dispatched for possible entrapment and air medical helicopters were put on stand by.Look for details in Wednesday's TIMES NEWS.
