State police at Fern Ridge have cited two individuals for false alarms.

Troopers said Dexter Woodley, of Stroudsburg, and Mario Harris, of Brodheadsville, were cited for permitting four or more false alarms activations during a consecutive 12- month period. In the Harris case troopers said the period ran July 2009 to July 2010; and in the Woodley case from September 2009 to July 2010.
