A truck driver wanted on a warrant out of Philadelphia was taken into custody in Schuylkill County after his rig broke down.

State police at Frackville said the rig Jamar Sargent, 23, of New Castle, Del., was operating broke down about 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 9, along SR443 (Clamtown Hill), in East Brunswick Township.A check was run and troopers learned he was wanted by city police on a charge of aggravated assault. Sargent was taken into custody and lodged in the county prison in Pottsville pending his return to Philadelphia.
