Formal plans for a 70-unit family apartment complex in the Gypsy Hill section of Lehighton were unveiled during a meeting of the Lehighton Planning Commission. The plans indicted there would be five apartment buildings containing 12 one-bedroom units, 42 two-bedroom units, and 16 three-bedroom units. Dr. John DeMatte, secretary for DJV Associates, Lehighton, developer of the project, said the project will be financed through the Pa. Housing Finance Agency.
