The Carbon County Tax Claim Bureau will be conducting its annual Public Upset Tax Sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 24, in the commissioners conference room, third floor of the courthouse annex, Jim Thorpe.

The purpose of this sale is to collect all unpaid taxes, municipal claims and all other costs incident thereto.Anyone having any questions concerning this sale may contact the Carbon County Tax Claim Bureau at the office in the annex, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or telephone (570) 325-3635.
