State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a reported aggravated assault incident.

Troopers said Shawn Steven Maydak, 32, of Steelton, Dauphin County, reported he was cut in the right forearm by a knife or razor blade as he had a verbal altercation with another male. The incident occurred at the Blue Mountain Lakes in Wayne Township, about 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 4.The suspect was described as being a white male, about six-feet, three-inches tall and weighing about 280 pounds. He had a long pony tail and a gray beard.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (570) 593-2000.
