Domestic incident leads to arrests

A domestic incident led to citations for both participants.

State police at Lehighton said troopers were dispatched to 8542 Lake Drive, Robinhood Lakes, Kunkletown, for a report of a domestic incident about 1:18 p.m. on Sept. 2.Troopers said Melissa Ann Allen, 30, and Joseph George Koehler, 34, both of that address, were involved in a verbal argument which turned physical.Both were cited for harassment. There were no reported injuries in the incident.Troopers also reported on the following incidents.On Aug. 27 between 6 and 7:35 p.m. troopers responded to a ongoing property dispute in the area of 7092 Rossmoore Drive, in Ross Township, Monroe County.Troopers said John Klingel, 57, hung towels on the fence of Darrell Wagner, 45, after being repeatedly advised by them not to have any contact with Wagner.As a result of his actions Klingel was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct.On Aug. 30 about 1:30 p.m. troopers responded to 136 J6, Carney Rd., in Polk Township, Monroe County, and observed Tonya Altemose, 54, of Effort, trespassing on the above stated proeprty after being previously told to stay off the property.According to troopers Altemose repeatedly comes to the property and defaces two concrete lions that are positioned at the end of the driveway. She will have charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief filed against her, troopers added.Troopers said John J. Troianiello, 51, of Saylorsburg, has been cited for harassment for allegedly threatening to beat up Thomas W. Wagner, 50, of 10 Jaclyn Drive, Saylorsburg, Ross Township. The incident occurred on Aug. 28 about 6:20 p.m.
