The BC Combo, with singer Bev Conklin, Wayne Smith on guitar/percussion and Nick Franclik on bass (wit guest Jack Kulp on harmonica)perform on the platform at the Tamaqua train station Thursday evening as part of the Summer Concert Series by the Tamaqua Area Chamber of Commerce. The show was sponsored by Micah and Penny Gursky. The concerts are free and open to the public and held every other Thursday from 6-8 p.m. The final concert for the summer will be held on Thursday, Sept. 16 when the Christopher Dean Band performs.
