Seven parents from the Pleasant Valley School District, demanding mandatory AIDS testing for children and special education for those who test positive, critized Education Secretary Thomas Gilhool for refusing to support them. The group went to Harrisburg and staged its protest in front of the state education building. One pupil with the AIDS virus has been identified in the school district.
