A Schuylkill County man was cited for public drunkenness at a county market.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Mark Anthony Sobol, of Pine Grove, was staggering and fell a few times while inside and outside Renninger's Market, in North Manheim Township. The incident occurred about 9:40 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 28, troopers said.
