A Monroe County man is facing charges following an incident in Carbon County.

State police at Lehighton said Ryan Shupp, 29, of Kunkletown, was refused service at the Wild Creek Traven, Pohopoco Drive, in Towamensing Township, about 9:10 p.m. on Aug. 21 because he was visibly intoxicated.He went outside to the parking lot and struck a parked vehicle with a closed fist. He then fled on foot.Troopers later located him found him to be extremely intoxicated. He was then placed under arrest for public drunkenness, troopers said.
